We are delighted to partner with Different Journeys to deliver a meaningful and empowering 4‑hour Carer Coaching Workshop designed to support, uplift, and support in connecting carers within our community.
Join us on 9 April 2026 at the Wellways Carer Gateway, Upper Mount Gravatt Hub for a guided, supportive experience facilitated by Mel S, Megan S and Fri S.
This interactive workshop creates a safe and welcoming space for carers to pause, reflect, and invest in themselves.
Across the day, we’ll explore three core themes:
- Giving Yourself Permission – embracing the confidence to prioritise your own wellbeing, set boundaries, and give yourself the same compassion you give to others.
- Understanding Your Own Success Markers – discovering what success looks like for you, acknowledging your strengths, and celebrating your resilience as a carer and as an individual.
- Exploring Your Networks – identifying, mapping, and strengthening the personal, community, and professional networks that support you and your caring journey.
With guided activities, reflective discussions, and practical tools, this workshop is designed to nurture clarity, confidence, and connection.
We’ll also share a relaxed shared lunch, giving everyone time to connect, recharge, and build relationships in a warm and understanding environment.
