I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMANA, Promise and New Romance, its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may arise during or as a result of my participation in the Event. I acknowledge and understand that participating in the Event involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, illness, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in the Event. I also hereby grant TMANA, Promise and New Romance and its authorized representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use photographs, images, or videos taken during the Event for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, publications, websites, or social media. I release TMANA, Promise and New Romance from any liability arising from the use of such materials. I have read this Release of Liability Waiver carefully and fully understand its contents.
