OIC of America invite K-8 students and their families to an exciting STEM Saturday focused on the wonders of Chemical Reactions on Saturday, March 15, from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Public Health Management Corporation, 4601 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19139.
Participation is FREE!
Students will Discover:
- Students will observe how liquids expand and contract with temperature changes.
- Students will design and test a model flood barrier to control water flow.
- Students will build and evaluate a shelter’s ability to withstand strong winds.
- Students will construct an anemometer to measure wind speed
