About this Event

Spring is the perfect season for a soundbath as the world awakens and blossoms. The season invites growth, renewal, and fresh energy. As nature bursts with life, it’s an ideal time to release what no longer serves you and embrace clarity, intention, and balance.
I’m honored to share that Stephanie Barbee will be guiding us through intention setting, gratitude, and grounding before we begin the soundbath experience.
Stephanie is truly a healer’s healer. Although her title may differ depending on where you encounter her, her purpose is always the same — to provide space for love, visibility, and deep support for healers.
A soundbath is a deeply restorative experience where sound and vibration gently guide the body into rest. As you lie comfortably, tones from singing bowls and other instruments support the nervous system, helping release built-up tension and quiet the constant noise of the mind. There is nothing you need to fix, solve, or perform, this time is simply for you to receive.
This experience is especially meaningful for Black people because rest has not always been accessible, encouraged or protected. Many of us carry stress in our bodies that didn’t start with us pressure to keep going, to be strong, to hold everything together. This space is an intentional pause from that weight. It is a reminder that your body deserves softness, care, and safety.
