Understanding the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process can feel overwhelming. This workshop is designed to empower families with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to effectively advocate for their child’s educational needs.
Christine Levy, an experienced advocate and founder of Levy Advocacy, will guide participants through:
The IEP process and key milestones
Understanding your rights under special education law
How to prepare for IEP meetings and communicate effectively with the school
Strategies for building strong partnerships with educators
Resources to support your child’s learning journey
Who Should Attend:
Parents, guardians, and caregivers of students with disabilities or those who may need special education support.
