Join the Women’s Council of Realtors® for an insightful and forward-focused luncheon exploring The Future of Traverse City. This dynamic panel will bring together top community leaders shaping development at the downtown, city, and county levels for a powerful conversation about where our region is headed.
Hear from:
•Harry Burkholder, AICP – Executive Director, Traverse City Downtown Development Authority (DDA)
•Shawn Winter – Planning Director, City of Traverse City
•Maxwell Cameron – Community Development Coordinator, Grand Traverse County

Together, these leaders will provide a comprehensive look at housing initiatives, development trends, infrastructure planning, zoning considerations, and long-term growth strategy across our region. From downtown revitalization efforts to city planning priorities and county-wide housing solutions, this discussion will equip real estate professionals with critical insights to better serve clients and stay ahead of market shifts.
