This March Break, I Challenge Diabetes is partnering with AblePlay TO to host a day of sport and connection at York UniversityWe know that quality time with peers and mentors leads to proven outcomes in physical and mental health for youth. Our team provides support and mentorship for youth living with and without type one diabetes, through experiential learning and community connection.
Pack a lunch, bring a friend, and get active with us! Ages 5 and up
Where: York University, 1 Thompson Rd, North York, ON M3J 1P3.
When: Monday March 16, 9:30-3:30.
Who: Open to youth living with type 1 diabetes, their friends and siblings and our greater community!
