About this Event
Children will prepare their own lunch and snacks, plus a featured baked item to take home, while developing independence and essential life skills.
What children will learn:
• Kitchen safety
• Basic nutrition concepts
• Measuring and following recipes
• Working independently and cooperatively
Led by Christina Iaboni, Registered Dietitian & culinary expert.
These small-group classes (limited to 8 children) use age-appropriate tools, safety-first instruction, and close supervision by nutrition professionals.
Ages: 5–12
Location: Bathurst & Sheppard (address provided upon registration, the address shown on the map is just to show the general location, the class takes place at a private home teaching kitchen)
Lunch, snacks & take-home item included.
Parents are welcome to stay and participate at no extra cost or drop-off.
