We will highlight the exceptional flavour of — Pier-Alexis’s artisanal maple syrup produced in Québec — with an expertly paired selection of world-class wines. Our Chef Shawn Arbuckle will feature Cuvée Roger in a four-course pairing menu celebrating the harmony between refined vintages and pure maple sweetness.
