About this Event

Many Hands is a monthly first-Friday community forum where the like-missioned gather to learn from a trailblazer in our region, build community, and together push for progress. Our meetup is meant to break down silos by creating a community of people willing and able to help one another strengthen our community, the commonwealth, and our country.

And of course we give you coffee. We're not animals. Or are we...

Doors open at 8:45! Speakers begin by 9:00 a.m.

For those who would benefit from our accessiblity practices and other forum good-to-know that impact inclusive access to our conversations, please see below. If your important needs are not accommodated, and you'd like to join us, please email [email protected] with your requests.

Many Hands accessibility support and considerations:

  • Masks are available
  • Wheelchair access is available, and right out front
  • All speakers hold micorphones that project the conversation
  • All attendees are guaranteed a chair
  • All bathrooms are on the same floor as the event
  • We do not use flashing visuals or abrubt, loud noises in our programming
  • Lights are not dimmed during our conversations
  • All Many Hands interviews are recorded and placed on Apple and Spotify the Wednesday following. There you can find both transcripts and our audio recordings.
  • We offer coffee, without lids. We offer kombucha in cans. And we offer a food item that sometimes requires utensils, which are distributed through our touchless silverware dispenser.
  • If you need support, there are volunteers at the registration table and in the parking area. Please share your accessibility needs with them. They will contact Jason Ashlock to support you.

If there is something we've missed that is important, please let us know. We're eager to accomodate everyone, be it at the event or through the recordings of our Many Hands conversations.
