The evening offers a clear, steady structure: rotating conversation prompts every 15–20 minutes, light appetizers, and complimentary beverages. The environment stays open and relaxed, giving women room to connect, advocate for themselves, and build relationships without pressure or performance. Nicole Dailey is a trauma‑informed facilitator, leadership guide, and founder of Dailey Consultations. Her work centers on helping people lead with clarity, emotional integrity, and spiritual grounding. She creates spaces where individuals can show up honestly, advocate for themselves safely, and build connections that support both their personal and professional growth.
