Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative mantra sound bath designed to help you release, reset, and return to balance.As the season begins to soften and shift into autumn, this special evening invites you to slow down, unwind, and gently let go of what you no longer need to carry. Held during the waning phase of the moon - a time traditionally associated with release and clearing space - you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body relaxes, the mind quietens, and the heart feels lighter.
Inclusions:
- Guided pranayama (breathwork) to gently prepare the body and mind for deep rest
- Mudras and meditation practices to support emotional and energetic release
- Chanting of sacred yoga mantras to clear inner noise and restore harmony
- An immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls and gongs tuned to resonate through the body and chakras
- Deeply restorative relaxation
