In this evening-long Mantra Meditation Class, we will explore the Gayatri Mantra, one of the most revered and luminous mantras of the Vedic tradition.
Through guided meditation, repetition, listening, and shared reflection, we will work directly with sound as a living force, allowing vibration to settle the mind, open the heart, and align us with something vast, benevolent, and intelligent. Billy Hoveke will be sharing a powerful mudra practice to help bring this most sacred mantra into the body.
Words carry power. They can soothe or unsettle, bless or bind. Music, sound, and sacred language have always been understood as bridges between the human and the divine. This class offers an opportunity to experience that power directly, not as theory, but as felt resonance in the body and breath.
No prior experience with mantra or meditation is needed. All are welcome, exactly as you are.
