The sessions will be guided by Pavani, who has been devoted to the path of Bhakti Yoga for over 25 years. Pavani began her practice while living in the UK and has continued it in Ireland with her family, who all share in this spiritual tradition. She holds a PhD and has a deep love for Vedic philosophy. Known for her warmth and enthusiasm, Pavani makes profound philosophical subjects accessible, engaging, and heartfelt.
Through chanting, reflections, and discussion, Pavani brings the essence of the bhakti tradition alive — a path of love, connection, and awakening the heart. She also facilitates online classes, helping students explore the Gita and bhakti practice in a practical, inspiring way.
Monthly Themes
Saturday 30th May:
Mind, Emotions & Inner Peace – The Bhagavad Gita explains that the mind can become either our greatest friend or our greatest enemy. When guided with wisdom and discipline, the mind can uplift us, bring clarity, and help us experience peace. But when left uncontrolled, it can pull us toward anxiety, distraction, overthinking, and emotional turbulence.
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us experience restless thoughts, emotional overwhelm, and a constant search for balance and meaning. The Vedic tradition teaches that real inner peace doesn’t come from controlling everything around us, but from learning how to understand, steady, and direct the mind within.
In this session, we’ll explore practical insights from the Bhagavad Gita on the nature of the mind, emotions, and consciousness. We’ll reflect on how our inner state shapes our experience of life, and how simple spiritual practices can help cultivate calmness, clarity, resilience, and deeper self-awareness.
We’ll also introduce accessible mantra meditation practices — a powerful tool from the bhakti tradition that helps quiet the mind, centre the heart, and reconnect us with a deeper sense of peace and purpose.
Saturday 27th June:
Action Without Stress (Karma Yoga) – Real-life applications of Karma Yoga: work, relationships, service
Saturday 18th July:

This is an interactive, informal, and supportive space — no prior experience is needed.
Come as you are, and leave feeling inspired, connected, and uplifted!
