Just because something bad happens doesn't mean there needs to be a lawsuit. And if there is a lawsuit, that doesn't mean you have to lose. There are specific decisions you can make that can prevent certain claims. There are also decisions you can make that will make unpreventable claims easier to win.
This training series will focus on practical steps to make lawsuits less likely and, if necessary, more successful. Each month, we will cover specific areas of law and discuss real-life case scenarios.
Our goal is to give participants advice into their day-today. Instead of theoretical perspective on how the courts may apply law, we deliver this training using our active litigation perspective. You will learn from true stories, examples, and analysis from seasoned litigators.
