Manifesting Magic 2026 is a restorative + expansive New Year workshop designed to help you regulate your nervous system, open your energetic channels, and align your vision with your deepest intentions. This is manifesting from a place of embodiment– not force.
We’ll begin with gentle somatic practices, vagal toning breathwork, and guided relaxation to help your body shift out of stress mode and into a receptive, open state. When your nervous system feels safe and settled, it becomes easier to connect with what you truly want and to believe it’s possible.
You’ll be guided through a sound healing + manifesting visualization to tap into your intuition, connect with your future self, clarify your desires, and call in the possibilities waiting for you in 2026.
We’ll close with a hands-on vision board creation ritual– a creative, intentional practice that anchors your manifestation energetically and visually so you can stay aligned all year long.
By the end, you’ll feel deeply restored, connected, and inspired… with a clear vision for the year ahead and the nervous system capacity to receive it.
What to bring:
-Old magazines or pictures (some will be provided but bring some of your favorites if you have any)
