Carla Salteris, your host, is an energetic alignment and transformational life coach for midlife women and a seasoned healer with over 23 years experience in the healing arts and indigienous medicine. She is also the Host of The Midlife Rewrite podcast.

This event is an energetic alignment and manifesting mindset workshop for midlife women. If you have been wanting to apply the Law of Attraction in your life with more effectiveness and so far you haven't got the results you've been looking for...this workshop is for you. Knowing about LOA and practicing it actively are two very different things. We've had 40+ years as midlife women, trained by well intentioned family, teachers and friends into our current default programming. This can include an array of self-doubt, guilt and limiting beliefs. You will know where you fall on the vibrational scale by how you feel and by what you currently have manifested in your life right now. If you find yourself, saying, IS THIS ALL THERE IS? And you are ready for more, this workshop is designed to shift your point of attraction. If you want to cultivate your manifesting power and joy factor further, there will be an opportunity made available at the end of the workshop to apply.✨

There will be light snacks and beverages available. Please bring your favorite journal or notebook to take notes and journal along with the breakthrough prompts. Please wear comfortable clothing, as we will be doing a mediation and visualization exercises you will want to make yourself comfortable. There is seating on two couches, with soft and firm chairs available. However, if you prefer to bring a floor cushion you are welcome. There is space for a few. Please note there are a cat and dog on premises, in case you have a severe allergy, this is your gentle warning.
