Join us for Dream & Create: A Mother-Daughter Vision Board Workshop, where moms and their daughters (ages 11-14) can reconnect, discover new facets of each other, and strengthen their bond. This workshop is a chance to explore hopes, dreams, and goals together in a fun, creative, and supportive environment.
Through the transformative practice of vision boarding, you’ll tap into your creativity, gain insights into one another’s aspirations, and create a shared experience that will leave lasting memories. Whether you design individual boards or a combined one representing your shared dreams, you’ll walk away feeling closer and more connected.
What to Expect:
- Creative Vision Boarding: Use magazines, stickers, markers, and more to design a board filled with inspiring images, words, and quotes.
- Guided Journaling Prompts: Reflect on personal goals and shared dreams, deepening your understanding of one another.
- Group Sharing: Celebrate your creations and gain inspiration from other participants, all while fostering a sense of community.
This isn’t just about crafts—it’s about creating an intentional space to reconnect, communicate, and enjoy quality time together.

About Your Hosts:
Nicole Hennessy
Nicole Hennessy is a certified Life Coach, Meditation & Breathwork Facilitator, and Therapeutic Art Coach. As a seasoned retreat host, Nicole is passionate about helping individuals and groups connect on a deeper level through wellness practices and creative exploration.
As a mom of three—a 21-year-old daughter, a 13-year-old daughter, and an 11-year-old son—Nicole understands firsthand how the early teen years can feel challenging and create moments of disconnect. Her experiences navigating these transitional years have inspired her to create workshops and events designed to strengthen bonds and foster open communication between parents and their children.
Jenna Levine Liu
Jenna is the mastermind behind , a modern village designed for moms who love their kids but also value time to explore their own interests and connect with others. Jenna blends concepts of the past with current resources, hosting events and creating spaces where moms can laugh, grow, and find community.
