Opening remarks and a guided meditation to help guests release stress, get present, and open themselves to intention and clarity.

2:15 PM – 2:35 PM | Intention Setting & Journaling
Guests will complete guided journaling prompts to clarify: What they are calling in. What they are releasing. What they are ready to grow into.

2:35 PM – 3:35 PM | Vision Board Creation
Guests will create their vision boards using provided materials, music, and facilitator support. Light refreshments available.
