About this Event
Mandalas are more than just beautiful patterns; they are "sacred circles" that represent the universe and our place within it. This workshop is an opportunity to align with these patterns, as within so without.
Using materials from the earth, you'll be invited to reconnect with your creativity, move out of the busy mind and into a rhythmic flow with the natural world.
✨ What to Expect:
- Opening Circle: We begin with a brief guided meditation to ground our energy, open the heart space, and clear the path for creative flow.
- Creative Expression: A short, playful artistic prompt to spark your inspiration and move you out of the "thinking" mind and into the "feeling" body
- Mandala Making: Craft your own personal mandala using beautiful, natural objects like petals, leaves, and stones.
- The Collective Mandala: We will then create a large group Mandala: an altar that celebrates our interconnectedness and shared light.

- When: 19th April
- Time: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
- Where: The Goddess Temple, Milton (@ Soulitude Sanctuary) ~ Walk down the pebbled driveway behind the Heimish Bleu Cafe, and we are located inside the orange building above the Art Concepts Store.
- Who: All welcome.
- Energy Exchange: $44 (discounted if purchased with - $70 for both)
🌿 What to Bring:
We will provide most of the natural materials, but we invite you to bring an offering from your own world to weave into the mandala:
- A handful of flowers or greenery
- Any small "treasures" you feel called to include (crystals, shells, or special stones).
- A water bottle (we also have water at the venue)
✨ About Your Guide
Dr Catherine Moltzen is a sound, breath, meditation and ceremony practitioner with a background in psychology and a PhD in the behavioural sciences.
Having navigated her own experiences with anxiety and self-doubt, Catherine has explored a range of evidence-based and embodied practices that she now shares with others through her work.
Over the past 10+ years, Catherine has guided groups through ceremonies, movement and meditation practices that support connection, both within oneself and with the wider world.
