The Manchester Foundation Trust Charity (reg no. 1049274) is made up of 10 hospitals, which provide a full range of hospital services. The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, who is part of this trust, provides specialist services to children and adolescents from all over the northwest, the UK, and the world.
The hospital has the largest Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, Specialist Burns Unit and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in the country, while also having the main Bone Marrow Transplant Unit for metabolic disease outside London.
