Manchester Indoor Clinics -under 11s, and 12+ with 8m hill

XLR8 Bike School is kicking off the New Year in fine style with two clinics at the Indoor BMX Track at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester!!
There will be two sessions split as follows:
• Friday 2nd January 0900-1100 11 and unders - £45
• Friday 2nd January 1100-1300 12 and overs with 8m hill option - £45
12 and overs not interested in the 8m hill may ride the earlier session.
Riders must be aged 8 and over without prior consent.

The clinics will cover appropriate techniques for each section, group riding, gates and race strategies. The 12 and overs sessions will include the 8m hill for those riders who meet the criteria and I will have a support coach to cover the 5m hill for those who aren't currently ready for the 8m.
