Managing Workplace Conflicts provides tools and techniques to resolve workplace conflicts involving:

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is used to assess personal conflict styles and to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various styles of managing conflict in the workplace. Participants will learn how to constructively manage conflicts between individuals and within teams to build cohesive and healthy workplace climates.
