About this Event
Grief readiness is not just about responding warmly after an acute loss but is about the policies, practices and structures we employ to support grievers and the teams around them—before, after, and well beyond when loss happens. In this workshop designed for people managers and organizational leaders, participants take a closer look at how grieving experiences impact relationships, morale and performance at work; examine their own organizational cultures and support systems at various stages of supporting grievers; and leave with strategies for cultures of care and empowerment.
** NOTE: We highly encourage attending first. Please reach out to [email protected] if you are unable to do so.
This virtual workshop is presented by , a program of The Dinner Party Labs. Workplace Resilience brings a relational approach into organizations to better support employees who are struggling with grief, whether from exposure on the job, or from personal losses. Our focus is on transforming organizational cultures toward grief readiness and tangible care.
