About this Event
This workshop highlights the 'bi-directional' relationship between physical and mental health; exploring how our physical health affects our mood and how our emotions can impact our physical health and body.
We will look at how Talking Therapies can help manage these effects, exploring topics such as:
· Boom and Bust
· Pacing
· Negative/Unhelpful Thinking
· Mindfulness
Includes a questionnaire about your wellbeing.
Drop by at 1pm to enjoy a selection of healthy snacks and browse the health information stalls!
