Accepting applications now for the next 8-week course to Manage Stress with Mindfulness for Women in Malahide, at the stunning @hiddenacres_malahideescapes. This will be the second course I'm hosting here this year and I'm so excited to be able to attend each week with a small group of individuals who are ready to shift their mindset and their automatic stress responses. This time I'll also be making a few places available to previous attendees of MBSR who may like to do a drop-in on occasional weeks. Course will run for 8-weeks each Friday morning from September 5th to October 24th.
