Mama Move - Baby Groove Dance Class

Join us for Mama Move - Baby Groove, a fun and energizing dance class designed for moms and their little ones! Wear your baby in a carrier (or let him run around) and start with 30 minutes of lively, fun dancing to upbeat music. Next, enjoy 15 minutes of core exercises and stretching, specially tailored to support your postpartum body, while your baby plays or relaxes by your side. We’ll finish with 10 minutes of baby playtime and mama chit-chat, giving everyone a chance to connect and unwind.

You’ll be joining a group of moms just like you, dancing and bonding with their babies. As a fellow mama, I’ll be leading the class with my baby, creating a welcoming and supportive space for all. Let’s move, laugh, and share this journey together!

Info: Meet Gintare Kemekliene, a passionate music and dance educator with a lifetime of experience in performing and teaching. A graduate of the prestigious Mozarteum University in Salzburg, she has explored a wide range of artistic disciplines, from sports and contemporary dance to fire juggling and ballet. Now, as a devoted mom to her baby boy, Gintare channels her expertise into creating joyful, family-friendly classes that celebrate movement, music, and connection.
