From 3 PM to 7 PM, we invite you to join us at our inaugural pop up event. Malbec on the Coast will be held at the Seaglass Bistro in Newport on the beautiful Oregon Coast. We will be celebrating 10 small, distinguished Oregon producers of Malbec and you will have the opportunity to taste their exceptional wines while enjoying the stunning ocean views. To complement the wine selection, the talented chefs at Seaglass Bistro will be preparing a delightful menu that has been thoughtfully paired to enhance your tasting experience.
Due to the intimate setting, tickets will be limited, we sincerely hope you will be able to join us for this special occasion.
Over 40 Oregon Malbec wines will be available to both taste and purchase, including the first white Malbec released in the United States by Valcan Cellars. “This lesser known varietal, beloved in France and Argentina, has been quietly growing in Oregon.” Says JP Valot, of Valcan Cellars. “I want people to experience malbec in all its forms, from white, pink and red to sparkling.
