Use black walnuts to flavor your drinks at Making Nocino Cordials at on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 19-20 in the .
Workshops will be held from 6 to 6:45 p.m. each night in the .
Using young black walnuts, instructor Heidi Leuzler will help students learn the history of this traditional Italian liqueur, teaching them how to harvest walnuts and prepare the base. Optional flavorings can be added later to make a unique nocino! (Note: No alcohol will be provided at the workshop).
