Calling all cat moms & dads, feline fanatics, and crazy cat people!
If your love for whiskers knows no bounds, this is the workshop for you. Join us for a claws-out, paws-in clay class where you’ll sculpt your very own one-of-a-kind kitty companion—no experience needed, just a passion for purring and playing with clay!

Step-by-Step Cat Sculpting
In this two-hour class, guest instructor Alissa Slater will guide you through creating your very own cerami-cat using soft slabs of clay. Whether you’re new to clay or just cat-obsessed, this class is for you!

Make It Pop with Color
After shaping your feline friend, you’ll decorate it using bold underglaze colors and patterns—Alissa will show you fun techniques to give your cat lots of purr-sonality.

All Materials Included
We provide everything: clay, tools, underglazes, and kiln firing. Just bring your creativity and a playful spirit!

Firing & Finishing
After the workshop, we’ll glaze and fire your piece in our kiln. You’ll be notified when it’s ready for pickup—typically in 2–4 weeks.

Cost: $50 per person — includes all materials, tools, and firing

Accessing the Studio:
The PACA building doors are locked. When you arrive, please call (814) 520-5089 and your instructor will buzz you in.

Accessibility:
If you need elevator access (we’re on the third floor), email [email protected] ahead of time, and we’ll assist. The elevator is old-fashioned and cannot be called with a button.

🎨 Is this beginner-friendly?
Yep! This class is great for anyone just getting started on their clay adventure.

💔 What if something cracks or warps?
We handle work with care, but ceramics can be unpredictable. Thinner pieces like petals can be delicate, but we’ll help you build strong.

📦 When do I pick up my work?
Finished pieces are typically ready 2–4 weeks after the class ends. Pick-up details will be provided.
