Make & Take: Chocolate Truffles & Chocolate Bark

For ages 18 & up

We'll show you how to melt the chocolate, make the ganache, talk you through tempering, and teach you how to perfectly roll, shape and finish chocolate truffles and incorporate goodies into chocolate bark. You'll create your own small tray of chocolate bark topped from an assortment of nuts and dried fruit and classic chocolate truffles rolled in appealing options.

For ages 18 & up.

• Milk Chocolate Truffles

You'll take a small tray of chocolate bark and 20 bite-sized chocolate truffles with you at the end of class.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
