This free event welcomes anyone interested in job share partnerships - from employers, academics, HR practitioners, recruiters and policy makers to those with lived experience of job sharing. If you’re curious about breaking down barriers and unlocking the full potential of job share partnerships, we’d love you to come along and join the discussion.

Kristal McNamara, People and Culture Change Consultant
Kristal is an accomplished People and Culture expert and CIPD-qualified strategist with a background in high-level corporate consulting. She specialises in bridging the gap between employee well-being and business performance, utilising data-led analysis to identify and drive change, building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
With a deep passion for making work "better", Kristal’s expertise is rooted in an intersectional approach to gender equity and social value. Kristal is also Director of The Women in Business Charter.
Rowan Aust, Co-Director, ReelTime Media
Rowan has worked for over a decade in TV, largely in arts news and docs, before starting her PhD in 2014. She has published widely on ethics of care in film and TV production. She co-runs ReelTime Media, where she continues to research working conditions in the industry.

During roundtable discussions, we will be taking notes which will be used anonymously to produce an end of project report (which we are happy to share with you) and an industry publication. If you are happy to contribute to this, we will ask you to sign a consent form at registration. Neither you or your organisation will be mentioned in the report/article.

We collect your name, email address, personal information (eg dietary/access requirements, where applicable) and any information relating to your job title.
