This workshop is for anyone that wants to harness the confidence of a Drag Queen, and the techniques of a Belly Dancer! Whether you're a novice or a pro, everyone is sure to gain something!
In this workshop, you’ll explore key techniques that bring your performance to life! From eye contact, using the space you’re given, to connecting with, and captivating an audience.
Learn things like; the art of the pause, dealing with a live audience, body awareness, and more!
We’ll also dive into using music to enhance your presence, practice transferable techniques that work with any style, then put everything together in a short (Belly Dance Fusion based) choreography that encapsulates all the skills you’ve learned.
Whether you’re performing on stage or looking to gain confidence in front of the mirror, this class will help you move with intention, and ease!

DOORS WILL OPEN AT 6:05PM FOR 6:15PM START
Attendees are recommended to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing, that is not too baggy.
Attendees are also recommended to bring knee protection (knee pads/matt/towel), and water. HEELS OPTIONAL
This Studio has a large flight of stairs to enter, and no elevator. There will be an online option to attend for those that cannot join in person. Please see ticket options.
Tammy The Brown is a Multi-disciplinary artist from Ontario, with over 20 years performance, and teaching experience. She uses a cultural, and awareness based approach to her instruction. See profile and socials for more information!
