About this Event
Bettina Campolucci Bordi specialises in plant-based and ‘free-from’ recipes, emphasising easy, straightforward principles and local, seasonal produce nurtured with love. She is the author of three cookbooks – Happy Food, 7 Day Vegan Challenge, and Celebrate – and frequently organises cooking retreats.
Born in Denmark to a Norwegian father and Danish-Bulgarian mother, Bettina spent the first 11 years of her life in Tanzania before moving to Sweden, Italy, and beyond. Her diverse background inspires her recipes, which draw on global cuisines and focus on nourishing the body.
She joins us in the Food & Drink Studio to highlight the starring role of fungi in her culinary creations.
