Mac N' Toss
Mac N’ Toss is a DC-area girl band trio of 20-somethings mad about the world and ready to share our rage through music. We would best describe our genre as alt-rock and indie meets riot grrrl. Our originals speak to the femme and queer experience, but we also play covers ranging from classic women in rock to ironically misogynistic dad-rock. As musicians with a combined 40+ years of experience in playing, performing, and independent writing, we’ve come together and are currently working on Mac N’ Toss’ first EP. Some featured tracks will be Feminine Reverie, Have You Ever Met a Boy, and Rabid. In the band’s and our fans’ experience, everything is a little more fun when Mac N’ Toss is involved!

Vellichor
Vellichor is a DC-based alternative band of 4 silly little guys and gals trying to share their sound with the world! The frontman, Mei, writes the base chords and lyrics, and together with bassist Angel, drummer Aidan, and lead guitarist Michael, they create raw, melodic, and unforgettable songs that will scratch that alt itch in your brain. Their original songs speak to the experience of being a queer youth in this day and age, with themes ranging from angsty unrequited love to rebellious calls to action, and their catchy hooks and experimental structures will leave you raging for more. They enjoy covering punk and pop-punk songs along with some 3rd wave emo bangers, and occasional soft rock originals will also make their way into the setlist. They are currently working on recording their finalized songs and are aiming to release their debut single "Burden" by early summer!
Emily Fain
Producer and singer-songwriter Emily Fain is fascinated by unusual sounds- a passion that drives her collection of whimsical and otherworldly instruments, including toy piano, music boxes, and vintage relics such as old telephones and radios. This collection is the heartbeat behind her enchanting art pop music. Delicate piano textures swirl underneath soft and pleading vocals, giving way to satisfying hooks and curious beats. Throughout her songs a thread of magic weaves tales of love, uneasiness, and dreams of other worlds.
Emily draws upon her classical education in piano and composition to orchestrate this sonic world, creating a place that is uniquely hers. This place is immersive-magical, supported by her self-designed imagery that draws from fantasy, secret gardens, and the moments just before you wake. Since releasing her debut song “Aware” in 2018, she has only refined her skills further, honing in her sound prior to the rollout of her debut album.
