Week One - Gift Wrap Bouquet
In the first week of our floral design journey, we will focus on creating a stunning Gift Wrap Bouquet. This project is perfect for beginners and allows for creativity in both flower selection and wrapping techniques. Participants will learn how to choose a variety of fresh flowers, considering factors such as colour, texture, and seasonal availability.
Week Two - Hand-Tied Bouquet
During the second week, we will delve into the art of the Hand-Tied Bouquet. Participants will learn the essential techniques for hand-tying flowers, including how to select the right stems that complement each other.
Week Three - Posy Arrangement
In the third week, we will focus on the charming Posy Arrangement. This style is characterised by its compact and rounded shape, making it a popular choice for table centrepieces or small gifts. Participants will learn how to select a harmonious mix of flowers and foliage that work well together in a tight arrangement. We will cover techniques for creating a sturdy base and how to position flowers to achieve a full and lush appearance.
Week Four - Triangle Arrangement
Finally, in the fourth week, we will explore the elegant Triangle Arrangement. This style is known for its geometric shape and symmetry, making it a sophisticated choice for more formal occasions. Participants will learn about the principles of balance and proportion as they create a triangular form using a variety of flowers and greenery.
