Free Jewellery Making Workshops for Teens Aged 14 - 18. June 1-3, 2023.
We're thrilled to announce our two young peoples educational programmes for the IPOL Luxury Universe / Luxury Endangered Conference at the Bargehouse, Oxo Tower in London.
Join us for a fantastic experience making jewellery.
You will learn to make a silver bracelet with Roger Taylor, an experienced jewellery tutor who has taught at the Royal College of Art and worked with some of the most prominent jewellers in the UK.
This is a unique and hands-on opportunity to inspire our students to pursue a career in the world of luxury. All our participants will have the opportunity to work with Argentium silver, an easy to use precious metal.
All materials and classes are free
We are offering two workshops:
1. Make a Bracelet 2 Hour Workshop –Sessions: 11:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 16:00
The participants will over a two hour period, work with tutor Roger Taylor, to realise a woven bracelet that they will be able to take home with them.
2. Make a Pendant 3 Day Workshop – 9:30 - 15:00
This is a three day intensive jewellery making workshop where you will make a silver crown pendant.
This Course has been developed with the student at the heart of the programme, and has been created in such a way that it will unleash your creativity and passion for this superior and unique silver, in both jewellery making and silversmithing, irrespective of age or knowledge.
Your learning will progress through individual projects that will allow you to learn and experience the amazing properties of Argentium Silver and to produce a distinct and personally hand-crafted item of jewellery.
You will gain both experience and confidence in an accelerated learning programme and can come to this with no previous metal working skill.
Through interactive learning and practical use, you will experience first-hand the superior nature of Argentium Silver.
