About this Event
Join Lunge and Kyle Cooke for a 5K run or 1.5-mile hot walk, followed by an awesome DJ set with Kyle Cooke,
The Run
The run will begin promptly at 1pm so please arrive by 1230pm so you can find your pace group (pace groups will vary between 8 min/mile-10:30 min/mile+). The run will start and end at Brooklyn Backyard Bar in Williamsburg. Hot walking option is also available and will finish at the same time as the runners.
The Afters
Run with Kyle Cooke and finish at the bar for drinks and vibes. Plus, awesome vendors, wellness brands, food, and more. Grab a drink, or cool off in our ice plunges.
Remember, singles wear all black.
