Lunchtime Meditation Classes - at The Buddhist Society 12.40pm to 1:20pmAbout this Event
In person only meditation classes in term time on Thursdays at 12.40pm to 1.20pm
Suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. The forty minute session covers a short talk on meditation plus thirty minutes meditation. If required, instruction will be given on breathing and posture.
This class is open to members of the public and is free to attend. Newcomers welcome.
