Are you struggling with a busy mind and feel lost in the midst of all your to do's?Do you feel overwhelmed by a tsunami of emotions that you can't properly express?Do you ever turn to coping behaviours in an attempt to "feel better"?Somatic healing is a movement & body based modality that aims to deepen the mind-body connection without the need to talk about "what's wrong."Somatic practices have helped me tremendously over the years in releasing trauma, letting go of frustration & even getting clarity in confusing situations.When practised regularly, somatics will help you connect with your inherent wisdom residing in your body.In this session you will learn the various ways somatics can help you and will have the opportunity to practise some of my favourite tools.
About Hedi
Hedi is a holistic coach & somatic practitioner and the founder of The Soul Works, her holistic wellbeing brand.
She is passionate about teaching people mastery over their thoughts & emotions while guiding them to live in alignment with their soul & humanity.
The specific frequency she's here to hold & teach is that of acceptance & how to move from inner & outer conflict to peace & understanding.
In her coaching she works with spiritual & energetic principles as well as somatic & mindfulness practices for an embodied & lasting transformation.
