During our Lunch & Learn, we will cover:

1. Who G.J. Gardner Homes is and how we partner with real estate agents throughout the custom home building process- from helping clients locate land, to matching them with the right homesite, to working together to create a transparent, smooth, and memorable experience.
2. Realtor commission structure, including how and when commissions are paid during the building process.
3. Partnership opportunities on Home & Land packages, as well as ways to enhance your existing lot listings or explore knockdown/rebuild opportunities.
4. Financing options, including Land Only Loans and Construction-to-Permanent (CTP) Loans (VA, FHA, Doctor/Dentist, Conventional, Jumbo, Renovation, & More).
5. Lunch will be provided, with catering from Jersey Mike’s, along with cookies and chips.
6. Guest Lender Presentation: Our lending partner, LMCU (Lake Michigan Credit Union), will kick off the session by covering CTP loans, lot loans, and additional financing options they offer.
