Build Your Capability Statement: Get Noticed by Prime Contractors
This hands-on workshop is designed for participants to learn how to create a capability statement—a one-page professional document that clearly communicates who you are, what type of work you do, and why prime contractors or procurement specialists should hire you. We’ll break down the key components of a strong capability statement, help you define your scope of work, and show you how to present your experience in a way that builds credibility and trust.
By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how to use their capability statement to introduce their business, respond to opportunities, and position themselves for partnerships and contracts.
Who should attend?
- Construction workers and skilled tradespeople who want to turn their experience into more consistent, higher-value work.
- Businesses pursuing government, city, or large commercial projects that require a capability statement.
