This event is open to anyone currently going through who will go through or who wants to know how to support someone going through menopause or perimenopause. As always light snacks will be served.
CasaVive is holistic health studio where we value not just physical but also mental and social health. Our Lunch and Learns are designed to have an educational or experiential component for attendees as well as time for social interaction.
