over the years, we’ve gone through so many phases — long days, growing pains, redesigns, new menus, new faces — and through it all, you’ve been there. to everyone who has supported us from the beginning, and to those who have recently found us and shown so much love online and in-store… thank you. we truly see it. our heart cups just keep getting filled.
and to Bill, who was part of Dalat’s in the early days and helped build this dream with us — we carry your vision with us every day. we hope we are making you proud and continuing the dreams you once had for this place. 🤍
