Acupuncture offers a powerful way to support the nervous system. By stimulating specific points along the 12 primary merisians, it engages the parasympatheric nervous system to guide the body into a state of rest, repair, and balance — where circulation improves, tension softens, and the body’s natural healing intelligence can come forward.
A gentle yoga nidra and sound bath beautifully deepens this state. The vibrations and slow movement invite the mind to slow, the breath to ease, and the body to settle.
