We will begin with a cacao ceremony featuring heirloom ceremonial cacao sourced from the jungles that surround ancient Mayan pyramids, prepared and served as heart medicine to gently open the body and senses as we enter the eclipse portal.
Ceremonial cacao is both spiritually and scientifically known as medicine for the heart, rich in compounds that support heart health, increase blood flow, and naturally encourage relaxation, emotional openness, and connection. This heart opening state creates the perfect foundation for our guided visioning meditation, allowing intentions to arise from a grounded, embodied place rather than the mind alone, before being integrated through a deeply immersive sacred soundbath. The lunar eclipse portal is a cosmic threshold, a moment when the light of the moon is temporarily shadowed and hidden truths, emotional patterns, and unconscious layers are invited to rise into awareness. We are supported by the ancient medicine of copal, gently permeating the room and guiding our bodies, hearts, and spirits into high vibrational healing.
