LUMINAL: A Movement Laboratory by Gabriel Scampini

Movement is a constant—it exists even in stillness. By cultivating awareness of our bodies' subtle layers and movements, we can enrich our creative practices and expand our artistic potential.

This workshop is designed for artists of all disciplines and experience levels. This experience invites participants to explore their bodies as a powerful medium for creative expression.

Drawing from a variety of techniques, including dance, improvisation and clown, we will embark on a journey to awaken the story within our bodies. Through somatic exercises, participants will deepen their connection to their physicality, voice, and emotions, strengthening the mind-body bridge. We offer you a safe space to unlock new dimensions of artistic expression and inspire your creative practice from the inside out.
