LVCW is a workshop open to everyone and aims to connect people through the use of the voice. Participants don't need to be singers or be able to be in tune as we are looking for a therapeutic experience. This workshop is structured with the ìntention to create a safe space for people to do a healthy activity that will help us all to express ourselves freely and enjoy the benefits of the singing and breathing process. It is based on improvisation and it is the perfect way to feel part of a community because we will create something new, unique, and together every time. This workshop is suitable for anyone between the age of 16 and 100! Please note that we are offering a second Vocal Connection workshop on the same day which will take place in the cafe. This is intended for those who are over 65 and may prefer to sit on chairs.
