Strength is a high-intensity interval training workout combining short bursts of intense exercise with periods of low-intensity movement. Designed to burn fat, build strength, and boost endurance.
Elizabeth Micovich: Studio 37’s Strength x HIIT coach and certified killer trainer Liz brings high energy, confidence, and results to every workout. Known for her powerful programming and motivating coaching style, she’s all about building strength, pushing limits, and having fun while doing it.
