What a turn out last Kettle Bell class with Sara, ya'll loved it so much she's coming back!
Sara is kettle bell certified and teaches at Recreate Fitness in NW Portland and is happy to put us through another solid Kettle Bell focused workout. You will experience a full body workout that will leave you feeling ready to start the day off great! All bodies and experiance levels welcome, come join the fun and experiance something new and exciting with us in this judgement free zone.
All we ask is you coming ready to learn and have fun! Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat! We will not be proving them and if there isn't one brought - you'll be doing the workout on the floor, please bring a mat!! Or a yoga mat can be purchased at cost.
After class we will have coffee and a light snack waiting for you in the fitting room area. Nespresso pods for the win!
